This policy explains what personal information HealthDiscounts collects, why, who sees it, and the choices you have. It covers this website, the sign-up for our launch, and the HealthDiscounts booking service when it opens, including the health-related details involved in booking a test, scan or consultation.

1. What we collect

When you join the launch list or write to us: your name, your phone number, and the message you choose to write. We also record when you sent it and which version of our notice you saw.

If you arrive from an advertisement: the campaign details in the link you clicked (for example the source, campaign name, and an advertising click identifier from Facebook, Instagram or Google), the page you landed on, and the website you came from. We keep these only to learn which advertisements lead to enquiries.

When you book a service (once booking opens): your name, mobile number, email, date of birth or age; for a family member, their name, relation and age; the tests, scans or consultations you choose, the partner laboratory, hospital or clinic, the date and time slot; payment confirmation details (we do not store full card numbers); and, when a partner delivers your results, your health report. Reports and test names are health information and we treat them as sensitive.

In your browser: this website keeps small pieces of data in your browser (for example to limit repeated submissions, and to remember the advertisement details for your visit). It does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers of its own. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch them.

2. How we use patient and customer information

• to answer your message and to tell you when HealthDiscounts opens;
• to process your booking, confirm it, remind you and change or cancel it when you ask;
• to share what the partner needs with the laboratory, hospital or clinic you chose, so they can serve you;
• to take payments and refunds, and to deliver your report;
• to give support, handle complaints and keep our records;
• to understand which advertisements bring enquiries, and to improve our service;
• to follow the law.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your health information or reports to advertise to you.

3. Who we share it with

• The partner you book with (a laboratory, hospital, clinic or similar provider), only what is needed to perform and deliver your service;
• service providers who help us run HealthDiscounts, such as cloud database and hosting, email and messaging (including WhatsApp), customer-relationship tools, and our payment gateway (ICICI Bank), who may use the information only for that purpose;
• authorities, where the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for the period the law requires for records such as payments and tax. Launch-list details are kept until we have told you about the launch, and then until you ask us to delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your choices").

5. Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to this website and limits on who in our team and among our partners can see it. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us at once if you suspect a problem.

6. Your choices and rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to withdraw your consent, or to stop messages from us. To delete your information, follow the steps in section 7 below. We respond to requests within a reasonable time, and within 30 days for deletion.

7. How to ask us to delete your data (data deletion instructions)

How to ask

Option 1: email. Write to info@healthdiscounts.com with the subject "Delete my data".

Option 2: WhatsApp or phone. Message or call +91 92479 11309 and say you want your data deleted.

Please tell us:

• your full name,
• the phone number (and email, if any) you used with us,
• whether you want everything deleted or only something specific (for example your launch-list entry, your account, or a booking).

What happens next

1. We check it is you. We reply to your email, or call back on the number you gave us. We may ask one or two simple questions. We never ask for card details, passwords or one-time codes.
2. We delete your information within 30 days of confirming it is you. This covers your launch-list entry, enquiries and callback requests, your profile and family members, booking details, and the advertisement details linked to them.
3. We confirm by email or phone when it is done.

What we may have to keep

The law may require us, or the laboratory, hospital or clinic that served you, to keep some records for a period, for example payment and tax records, and records of tests performed. Where this applies, we keep only what is required, for as long as it is required, and do not use it for anything else. We will tell you if this applies to your request.

Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp

These instructions cover information held by us. Information stored by Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) is managed in your settings on those platforms.

8. Children

Our services are for adults. A parent or guardian may book a test for a child and is then responsible for the details provided. We do not knowingly collect a child's information for any other purpose.

9. Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp

If you contact us through WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, we receive your name or number and your message. Those platforms are run by Meta and have their own privacy policies. This policy covers the information we hold.

10. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top.
